Basement suite — final construction clean
A newly developed basement suite taken from site condition to handover. We came in behind the trades once flooring and cabinetry were in: construction dust off ceilings, bulkheads, walls and trim; protective film, adhesive and labels removed from cabinetry, appliances and glass; egress windows, tracks and sills cleaned; and the new vinyl plank floor washed and finished for the walkthrough.

A top-down detail of the entire space: construction dust removed from ceilings, walls, ledges, trim and vents; adhesive, overspray and drywall compound cleared from finished surfaces; windows, tracks and sills cleaned; cabinetry and closets done inside and out; fixtures, hardware and appliances detailed; and floors cleaned to the finished standard of the installed material. The exact scope is set per project and confirmed in writing before we start.
After the last trade is off site and before the client walkthrough, staging, photography or move-in. Fine dust keeps settling for a day or two after work stops, so leaving a short buffer between the last trade and the final clean produces a noticeably better result.
Yes. Our crews arrive with the supplies, tools and equipment the project calls for. If your site requires a specific product for a particular finish — a stone sealer, a manufacturer-specified floor cleaner, a low-VOC product — let us know at quoting and we will work to it.
Yes. We do rough cleans and progress cleans while trades are still working, and we coordinate access, timing and site rules with your supervisor. Scheduling around active trades is normal for us — tell us how the site runs and we will fit into it.
For most projects, yes — an on-site look gives the most accurate scope and price. A video walkthrough works well for smaller or time-sensitive projects, and for repeat clients on a familiar building type. Choose whichever you prefer on the quote form.
We are based in Calgary and regularly work throughout the city. We also take projects in surrounding communities including Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, Okotoks and the areas nearby. Availability depends on the project and the schedule, so contact us to confirm.
The earlier the better, particularly for multi-unit turnovers and possession runs where several dates need to line up. For a single final clean, get in touch as soon as your completion date firms up and we will tell you honestly what we can cover.
Yes. Commercial build-outs, tenant improvements, office and retail space, and multi-unit residential turnovers are core work for us. For multi-unit projects we apply a fixed written scope to every unit so results stay consistent across a phase.
