Services
What a turnover clean actually covers
Six services, each scoped in writing before the crew arrives. Pick the one that matches where your project is, or describe the job and we will tell you.
S-01
Post-Construction Cleaning
A staged cleaning program built around your construction schedule rather than a single visit. We work in phases so the space keeps getting cleaner as trades finish, instead of everything landing on the last day before handover.
- Who it is for
- General contractors, home builders and developers who need cleaning scheduled as part of the build, not bolted on at the end.
- When to schedule it
- Book the program when the drywall stage is scheduled, so rough and final passes can be placed against your critical path.
- What you receive
- A space that photographs well, shows well and does not generate cleaning items on the deficiency list.
Project types
- New residential construction
- Custom homes
- Multi-family and condo projects
- Commercial build-outs
Typical scope
- 01Rough clean — debris removal and gross dust knock-down while trades are still finishing
- 02Construction dust removal from ceilings, walls, ledges, trim and mechanical vents
- 03Interior and exterior window glass, tracks, sills and frames
- 04Adhesive, paint overspray, drywall compound and sticker removal from finished surfaces
- 05Cabinetry, closets and drawers cleaned inside and out
- 06Fixtures, switch plates, hardware, appliances and mirrors detailed
- 07Hard floor vacuum, scrub and finish appropriate to the material
- 08Final touch-up pass immediately before the walkthrough

Final Construction Cleans
The single detailed clean that happens after every trade has finished and before the client, inspector or realtor walks the space. This is the pass that decides how the project reads.
- Who it is for
- Site supervisors and project managers who already have a rough clean done and need the finish-quality pass.
- When to schedule it
- Schedule after the last trade is off site and before any furniture, staging or client walkthrough.
- What you receive
- A finished space handed over clean, with a walk-through completed alongside your site contact.
Project types
- Projects at substantial completion
- Show homes and spec homes going to market
- Suites being released for occupancy
Typical scope
- 01Top-down detail: light fixtures, ceiling fans, vents, door tops and casings
- 02Fine dust removal from every horizontal and vertical surface
- 03Glass, mirrors and polished metal brought to a streak-free finish
- 04Bathrooms and kitchens detailed, including grout lines and fixture bases
- 05Floors cleaned to the material's finished standard, corners and edges included
- 06Final walk with the site contact to confirm nothing is outstanding

Builder & Site Turnovers
Multi-unit handovers run on a schedule, and cleaning has to keep pace with it. We work unit by unit against your possession dates, with the same scope applied to every unit so quality does not drift across a phase.
- Who it is for
- Builders and developers releasing multiple units, homes or suites on a rolling possession schedule.
- When to schedule it
- Bring us in as soon as your possession schedule is set — earlier notice means better date coverage across a phase.
- What you receive
- Consistent unit-to-unit results and a cleaning schedule your site team can plan around.
Project types
- Townhome and row-house phases
- Condo and apartment buildings
- Subdivision possession runs
- Phased commercial handovers
Typical scope
- 01A fixed, written scope applied identically to every unit
- 02Sequencing that follows your possession calendar
- 03Deficiency-driven re-cleans coordinated with your site team
- 04Common areas, corridors, stairwells and amenity spaces
- 05Garages, entries, balconies and exterior thresholds

Move-In Ready Preparation
The difference between clean and presentation-ready is a short list of small things — a smudge on a switch plate, dust in a track, a fingerprint on stainless. This is the pass that clears them.
- Who it is for
- Homeowners, realtors, property managers and builders preparing for possession day, listing photos or a first client visit.
- When to schedule it
- Best scheduled one to three days before possession, photography or move-in.
- What you receive
- A space ready for keys, cameras or a client's first impression.
Project types
- New homes before possession
- Renovated homes before move-in
- Listings before photography or open house
- Rental units between tenancies
Typical scope
- 01Detail pass on every touch point: handles, switches, rails, faucets
- 02Interior glass, mirrors and stainless polished
- 03Cabinet and closet interiors wiped and vacuumed
- 04Appliance interiors and exteriors detailed
- 05Floors finished, edges and thresholds included

Commercial Cleaning
Commercial spaces get judged the moment someone walks in. We clean new build-outs before opening, and we can stay on afterwards for recurring service on a schedule that fits how the space is actually used.
- Who it is for
- Commercial property owners, property managers, tenants and general contractors delivering commercial space.
- When to schedule it
- Post-build cleaning goes in before occupancy; recurring service can start the same week.
- What you receive
- A space that opens well and stays presentable, with a documented scope for recurring work.
Project types
- Office fit-outs and tenant improvements
- Retail and hospitality build-outs
- Medical, dental and professional suites
- Warehouse and light industrial space
Typical scope
- 01Post-construction detail before opening or tenant occupancy
- 02Recurring cleaning on a nightly, weekly or custom schedule
- 03Common areas, washrooms, lunchrooms and reception
- 04Interior glass, partitions and entrance systems
- 05Hard floor care matched to the installed material

Renovation Cleanup
Renovation dust does not stay in the renovated room. In an occupied home or building, containment matters as much as the clean itself — so we clean the work area and the path the trades took to get to it.
- Who it is for
- Renovation companies, homeowners and property managers finishing work inside a space that is still lived in or in use.
- When to schedule it
- Schedule once trades are finished — dust keeps settling for a day or two, so allow a short buffer.
- What you receive
- The renovated space ready to use, and the rest of the property left the way it was found.
Project types
- Kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Whole-home renovations
- Basement developments
- Occupied commercial refreshes
Typical scope
- 01Fine renovation dust removed from the work area and adjacent rooms
- 02Access routes, stairs, hallways and entries cleaned
- 03Surfaces, vents and light fixtures in affected spaces detailed
- 04New finishes cleaned to the manufacturer's appropriate method
- 05Debris and packaging cleared from the interior work area
