About

We do the last part, and we do it properly

Iron Dust Turnovers Ltd. is a Calgary-based cleaning company built around construction handovers — final walkthroughs, presentation quality, and dates that cannot move.

Built for the end of a build

Construction cleaning is its own trade. It is not residential housekeeping with a bigger vacuum — it is fine drywall dust in every track and vent, adhesive on new glass, overspray on hardware, and a client walking the space in three days.

We work the way sites work: written scope up front, a date we hold, crews who know what not to touch, and a walkthrough with your site contact before we leave.

Founder and team story

Two or three paragraphs on who started Iron Dust Turnovers, the background they came from, how long the company has been operating and what the crew looks like today. This is left blank on purpose — no history has been invented.

Experience

Years operating, project types completed and the kind of builders worked with. Add real figures only — an unverified project count or year count is worse than none at all.

How we work

  • The deadline is the job

A final clean that lands a day late is a failed clean. We schedule conservatively and we say no rather than overbook a week.

  • Finish quality over speed

The value is in what gets noticed at the walkthrough — edges, tracks, ledges, glass. Those take the time they take.

  • Straight answers

If a scope will not fit a budget or a date, we say so at quoting rather than discovering it on site.

  • Leave it better than the drawing

A handover should feel like the finished version of the space the client was shown on paper.

Safety, insurance and certification

These are legal representations, not marketing copy. Nothing is claimed here until the business supplies documentation.

Liability insurance, WCB Alberta coverage, safety certification and bonding are all switched off by default in src/content/site.ts. Set a claim to enabled: true once it is true and documented, and it will appear here and on the homepage automatically.

Safety practices

Site orientation, PPE, hazard assessment and any documented procedures the crew follows. Describe what actually happens on site — specifics are more convincing than a certification logo.

Ready for handover

Is your project ready for its final clean?

Send the details and we will come back with a scope and a price. If the date is tight, call — that is usually faster.
