We collect only what you type into a form on this site. On the quote form that is your name, company, phone number, email address, project address, project type, approximate square footage, preferred cleaning date, project stage, assessment preference, any additional details you write, and any photographs you choose to attach. On the contact form it is your name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message.

This website does not run analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts. We do not set cookies for advertising or profiling.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule work and stay in contact about your project. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not sell, rent or trade them.

Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection to our email provider, which delivers them to our inbox. Your message and any attached photographs are stored in that inbox and in our email provider’s systems. Server logs may briefly record your IP address as part of normal spam protection and rate limiting.

Quote requests and project correspondence are kept for as long as we need them for the project and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
